With 20+ years of global experience across energy, infrastructure, and technology innovation. He has managed multi-million-dollar projects with int-l donors and fortune 500 companies such as USAID, WB, UNDP, KfW, Nokia and Microsoft, bringing deep expertise in digital innovation, operations, and product delivery. At XGen^AI, he leads strategy, operations, and product innovation, driving the company’s mission to build intelligent, scalable, and purpose-driven technology solutions. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, MS in Software Project Management and MPhil in Technology Policy from University of Cambridge, UK.

Manzil e Maqsood

CTO | Co-Founder

With over 15 years of experience in the tech and innovation space, Manzil is the driving force behind XGen^AI. She has also been affiliated with the University of Oxford’s Center for Educational Assessment. She is a visionary leader with a passion for building future-focused technology that solves real-world problems. With a background in digital transformation, Ed tech, and climate-tech, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to lead the company’s growth and product direction. Manzil is known for building future-ready solutions that are not just smart but meaningful. She holds a BS in Computer Sciences, MS in Software Project Management, MPhil in Education Research from University of Cambridge, UK.

Matthew W.Addison

Senior Advisor | Energy

Mr. Addison is a globally recognized expert in climate change, clean energy, and sustainable energy transitions, with over 40 years of experience in energy policy, planning, regulation, and sector restructuring. He has led major international initiatives as Chief of Party and Project Manager across three consecutive USAID Energy IDIQs. His expertise includes climate risk assessments—particularly infrastructure vulnerabilities—and integrated waste-to-energy solutions. Mr. Addison has played a key role in the restructuring and privatization of networked industries in more than 30 countries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. He holds an MS in Economics with specialization in Environment & Energy from Florida State University, US.

Irfan Tariq

Senior Advisor | Climate Tech

Irfan Tariq is a seasoned expert in policy, regulatory, and institutional development with over 35 years of public sector experience, specializing in environment, climate change, e-mobility, and sustainable development. He led major national initiatives including the National Electric Vehicle Policy, Climate Change Policy, and NDCs to the UNFCCC. He has worked extensively with international donors such as the World Bank, WWF, GIZ, UNDP, and ADB, and served as a member of the CDM Executive Board, contributed to its transition into Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. He has developed multi-donor climate finance projects and built strong networks across Government institutions. He holds an MS in Built Environment- Theory and Practice of Environmentally sustainable Development.

Dr. Arshad Ali

Dr. Arshad Ali is a distinguished technology leader with over 20 years of experience in AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation. As Chief Innovation Officer at SPS, Silicon Valley, he has led enterprise-scale implementations of cutting-edge technologies and developed AI-driven solutions addressing real-world challenges in healthcare and smart infrastructure. He collaborates with global institutions such as Stanford, Caltech, and UWE on advanced research. Recognized with the Sitara-i-Imtiaz and Pride of Performance by the Government of Pakistan, Dr. Arshad continues to mentor emerging tech leaders and shape the future of innovation and AI across sectors. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

He specializes in designing cloud-based technical architectures tailored to modern business needs. His expertise lies in reviewing complex client environments, developing scalable solutions using IaaS and PaaS, and overseeing the implementation of high-performance hosting infrastructures that power today’s digital and enterprise applications. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Bloomsburg University, US.

Dr. Fatima Khalique

Dr. Fatima Khalique is a distinguished AI researcher and thought leader with over a decade of experience spanning machine learning, data science, and intelligent systems. At XGen^AI. She leads the development of advanced AI solutions across multiple sectors—driving innovation in areas such as predictive analytics, data interoperability, and emerging technologies. Her expertise in bridging academic research with real-world applications makes her a key force behind our AI-driven product vision. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Software Engineering with a specialization in Machine Learning and Health Informatics from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan . She also earned an MS in Computer Science from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Muhammad Fahad Nasir

AI Expert

Muhammad Fahad Nasir is an AI researcher at Khalifa University, specializing in robotics, deep learning, and computer vision. With a background in Electronics Engineering and experience as an AI Application Engineer at WeGo Robotics, he brings industry expertise to his research. His interests include precision agriculture, vision systems, and object detection. Currently, he develops industrial-scale Visual Learning Models and fine-tunes Visual Foundation Models for real-world applications, leveraging his academic and professional experience to drive innovation in AI.

Muhammad Abrar Ul Haq

Mechatronics Engineer | Business Analyst

Muhammad Abrar is a dynamic Tech Expert and Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Mechatronics Engineering and Business Analytics. He brings hands-on experience in developing AI-driven systems, IoT solutions, automation tools, and data visualization platforms tailored to real-world applications. He has led technical and operational efforts in national STEM and climate education initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
